The Service Provider of the Year Award is for those staff who provide Direct Support or direct services for consumers in some capacity. This award is an opportunity for an agency to nominate someone who has demonstrated exemplary performance over the course of his/her employment, who has been dedicated to assuring quality and promoting independence.
In order to nominate staff, the agency must be a member in good standing with the Association. Each agency can nominate employees by completing an application.
There will be one winner chosen from each of the six NYSADSP Regions. (Six winners in all ) All winners will be recognized at the Annual Symposium held in November at the Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs. Each winner will receive free Symposium registration and one nights lodging for the Symposium.
